Hi, I'm Philippa!

How I See Yoga

Explorer, adventurer, risk-taker. I love travel, new experiences, transformation and learning. I was able to combine all of that when I discovered yoga after arriving in Cannes in 2021. A new destination, a fresh start, a new challenge.

I decided to leave remote office work behind and train in yoga to deepen my mind-body connection and bring more human connection back into my life.

For me, yoga forgives everything. It encourages me to let go of others’ opinions and ego, and simply allows me to breathe, move and ground myself.

My classes — inspired by my travels and my training in vinyasa-ashtanga and yin yoga — invite you to re-centre, let go, and cultivate inner balance. With an accessible and compassionate approach, I guide you on a path toward well-being and serenity.
